Juliana is the Dean of Students at Ernest Cook University, a radiology-based institution. She holds an MSc in Clinical and Psychological Counselling from Uganda Martyrs University and an MA in Women’s Studies from Makerere University. In addition, she earned Postgraduate Diplomas in Guidance and Counselling, and in Human Resources and Administration from Makerere University and the Uganda Management Institute, respectively, and a BA in Education (Honours) from Makerere University.
With extensive experience in counselling, organisational development, and leadership, Juliana has also served as a Clinical Psychological Counsellor with Kyampisi Child Ministry in Mukono District and as a Consultant on Organisational Development with Basic Needs UK in Uganda (BNUU) in Agago District.
